I work with people to re-discover who they are, once everything changes. Whether it be returning to exercise after a major life change or injury, the desire to learn more about movement, to have a goal to succeed in an athletic event, or the realization that you need to focus on prioritizing YOU, I am here to help you achieve your goals and change your mindset. I address the whole being, because nothing exists in isolation; your sleep affects your nutrition, your nutrition impacts your training, which increases your confidence, etc. I offer individualized one-on-one online coaching and programming, as well as monthly training programs.

The three pillars of my approach to coaching both nutrition and training are: connection, communication, and education. First and foremost, I want to get to know YOU, because I think connection is the piece of the puzzle that so many of us are missing. Being held accountable by a coach who has experienced the same struggles you are, who can be empathetic and relate to you, allows us to connect more authentically, which improves our relationships with others and with ourselves. I care deeply about my clients and their success, which I believe sets me apart from most coaches. Communication is how I help you to evolve your thought process, your mindset, your approach to nutrition and training; finding a way elicit lasting change and develop an approach that works within the framework of your lifestyle.

Education is my passion, and I want you to know why you’re doing certain exercises, and why others may not be serving you right now. I guide you through the process of getting stronger, empowering you to exceed your goals, whatever they may be. In the past, some of the goals my clients goals have achieved by working with me include: becoming an elite powerlifter, passing an Armed Forces fitness assessment, weight loss, muscle gain, off-season training for high school athletes, post-natal pelvic floor and core rehabilitation, returning to exercise following injuries or difficult life circumstances.
